Concrete Poetry in Adobe Flash

I really enjoyed this project. I love working with typography, and equally working with poetry. It’s not often the lecturers at the UWS would throw me chance to take a D.H. Lawrence poem and adapt it for an interactive medium. I broke the poem up into stanzas, took themes from them and build animations from nothing but text. The voice you can hear in it is my own, recorded at home on my mac with a cheap USB headset. The whole thing weighs in at only a few hundred Kb. My lecturer seemed quite pleased at this, since there were some students in my year working on Adobe Flash projects that were hundreds of Mb in size.
